You will need

  2 or more people
  Drinks
  A television, playing basically any program or movie for as long as you'd wish
  Chocolate (always necessary when cheering up a friend)

Now for the rules

  Take one sip every time:
     A guy does something to demonstrate his lack of intelligence
     A girl acts like a complete tease/dresses like a tranny

  Take two sips every time:
     A guy's ah em manhood is insulted...wooo you go girl!
     A girl complains about how 'busy' she is

  Finish your drink every time:
     A guy acts like a PMS'ing girl (over reactive, emotional etc)
     A girl says: "I value your friendship"
