Gen 1 - Season 1:

Drink whenever

1. Grimlock says "Me Grimlock"
2. Someone asks "Prime, can you transform?"
3. Anyone says "Prime"
4. Starscream pisses off Megatron
5. Optimus makes a small speech
6. Starscream calls Megatron "Leader" or "Mighty Megatron"
7. Starscream says something sarcastic to anyone
8. Soundwave speaks

Chug when...

1. Optimus can't transform
2. Megatron is defeated
3. Starscream tries to overthrow Megatron
4. Ravage speaks
5. Optimus yells "MEGATRON!"
